The Ocala Housing Authority (OHA) operates in accordance with the federal Fair Housing Law and all Civil Rights laws. It does not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or familial status. In addition, the OHA has a legal obligation to provide "Reasonable Accommodations" to all applicants for housing (and their family members) who have disabilities.

The Compliance Department oversees Accessibility and 504 Compliance. If you need a reasonable accommodation to permit you to continue to reside in OHA housing, you should request a form from your caseworker or property manager or communicate your need to any staff member of this agency.  If at any time you feel your request is not being processed appropriately, you have the right to file a complaint with the OHA's Compliance Department:
