About Us

The OHA administrative office is open by appointment only, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 to 5:30 pm

Scheduling Resident appointments assures each Resident is attended to with no interruptions.

All necessary documents & forms are available in the administrative building's vestibule.

Once completed, documents/forms may be returned via email, fax ( 352-369-2642 ), snail mail ( 1629 N.W. 4th Street, Ocala FL 34475 ).

Also, documents/ forms ( with the appropriate staff member's name noted )  may be dropped off in the mail slot on the east side of the administrative building at any time.

Landlords and Property Owners are welcome at the OHA office with or without an appointment.
