Currently, both Public Housing and HCV Wait Lists are closed. When they open, we will post a message on our website homepage so everyone will be aware and able to apply.

At this point, we do not have an open date. As soon as we have a date, we will get it out to the public through the Ocala Housing Authority website.

Any other website posting information about the Ocala Housing Authority is fraudulent. These fraudulent websites continue to post that Ocala Housing Authority has openings and the wait lists are open. Then they ask for personal information from applicants. Please DO NOT give any information to these sites. They are phishing and will probably use that information to steal your identity.

When our wait lists are open, a notice will be posted on our website letting you know. You will apply online through the Ocala Housing Authority's website only.

Please keep your personal information safe by NOT applying for housing through other websites.
