Fraud Policy Revision:
Effective November 1, 2015, the OHA has revised its Fraud Policy. The revision encompasses reducing the current maximum fraud amount allowed for a participant/resident to remain on the program with only a repayment agreement, from $2,500 to $1,500. This means that ANY participant of the OHA’s housing programs who commits fraud in excess of an aggregate total of $1,500 will be TERMINATED from the program, no exceptions; and they are still required to repay the OHA for all overpayments of housing assistance.
